About Meaghan
Meaghan is a Seattle-area Registered Dietitian in private practice specializing in women’s health, primarily chronic dieting, PCOS, and disordered eating. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their three sons— balancing clinical work, entrepreneurship, and a deep appreciation for travel and hospitality.
Throughout her dietetic career, she watched fitness and spa exist as a natural part of wellness travel. But nutrition, despite being foundational to physical wellbeing, was noticeably missing.
When she began exploring the wellness travel space more intentionally several years ago, she was struck by the gap. Destinations had an opportunity to offer guests a more complete approach to wellness. Registered Dietitians had the expertise to deliver it. And brands could meaningfully integrate their products into programming led by trusted professionals.
What began as a gap in the industry became The Nutrition Travel Exchange.
